OMNI is the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implemented to best meet Florida State University’s financial and human resource administration needs. An ERP system is an integrated data system that promises to reduce redundant data entry and redefine processes.

The ERP system at FSU consists of five modules:

• Enterprise Portal
• Financials
• Human Resources / Payroll
• Enterprise Performance Management (i.e. Data Warehouse)
• Student Administration

Please note that, for the foreseeable future, Student Administration will consist of the interface programs and files needed to integrate the ERP system with the currently installed Student systems.

The OMNI System is developed using PeopleSoft® software, a product of Oracle® Corporation.
